Escobar is also a pro at planning smaller, yet dynamic affairs, such as a dinner for 50 or less. To date, she has planned and implemented more than 600 special events, including weddings, corporate events, grand openings and non-profit organization galas. Her expertise ranges from planning events from two to 2,000 people.
